By purchasing a membership, booking a desk, or otherwise using our coworking hubs, you agree to the terms set out here. Memberships and day passes grant access to shared and, where specified, dedicated workspace during the hours associated with your plan, and access rights are personal and may not be transferred or shared without written consent. Members are expected to respect the space and the community: keep noise appropriate to each zone, use call booths and meeting rooms for calls, book meeting rooms and event spaces in advance through the provided channels, and leave shared areas clean for those who follow. Fees are billed according to the plan selected and remain due for the committed period, while flexible and drop-in options are charged as used; refunds and cancellations follow the plan-specific policy communicated at signup. We provide connectivity, equipment, and facilities on a best-effort basis and cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, so members are responsible for backing up their own work and securing their devices and belongings, which are left at their own risk. Any relocation guidance, referrals, or reference material we share is offered for convenience only and does not constitute legal, tax, financial, or immigration advice; you should always confirm important decisions with a qualified professional. You agree to use the premises lawfully, to avoid any activity that endangers others or the network, and to comply with building security procedures and reasonable staff instructions. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that breaches these terms, disturbs other members, or damages property, and we may update these terms from time to time with notice through our usual channels; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of Greece, and any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Thessaloniki.
